Disneyland gives wonderful discounts to Military families, so we thought it might be a good time to use the benefits and take Justin up for a visit. We also managed to go on a day when some old friends would be at the park as well!
Justin was pretty excited about seeing Mickey Mouse all over the place and told us by saying his name at every turn! Overall, he was probably still a LITTLE young for the visit, but I think he still enjoyed some of it. Let me be clear, he was a trouper! And did not cry at anything and even went the entire day without a nap, not for lack of trying on our part. His favorite was probably the Nemo Submarine ride and visiting the "Cars" area of California Adventure. He even rode Pirates of the Caribbean without any problem! It was a lot for him to take in, but I'm sure the second trip will be even better.
Here are some photos from the trip:

Disneyland all dressed up for Fall!

Our first ride... Nemo's Submarines.

Justin was FASCINATED! Looking for Nemo the whole time.

Over at California Adventure we took a visit through "Radiator Springs"

With Mater...

And (of course) McQueen.

It was a hot day, so we had no problem walking through the "mist garden" to get cooled off.

Posing beneath the Golden Gate Bridge!

And the last ride of the day... the carousel. Justin had a great time!
